When will my order ship?

All orders are handmade in small batches to ensure quality. For this reason all orders have a 10-15 business day processing period. Please note around holidays processing times could be longer. Business days are Mon- Fri.

How long will it take my order to arrive after shipping?

We use USPS to ship packages. Typically packages arrive in 5-7 business days. Please take note around holidays shipping times could be longer. Please see link for USPS Priority below:

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

Can I make changes to an order after it is placed?

Please contact us if any changes need to be made to an order. We try our best to accommodate. *Under certain circumstances changes cannot be made.

*Handmade products have a 10-15 business day processing time. For that reason we reserve the right to deny changes to an order after placed. 

Do your products have to be refrigerated? 

Each product description will display if the product must be refrigerated. 

What is skin purging? 

It is a temporary reaction to certain ingredients in skincare products that can cause acne-like symptoms, such as whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples. It's a common result of using new products, especially those that contain retinoids or chemical exfoliator 

What ingredients cause skin purging? 

AHA's, BHA's, Retinoids or Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Physical Exfoliants, Fruit and Enzyme Exfoliants, and, Azalaic Acid
